AXCS Investments, through its proprietary funds and other vehicles, focuses on investment in middle-market commercial real estate assets and owner/sponsors. The current focus is on Co-GP investments, opportunistic preferred equity/bridge capital, and Commerical Property Assessments for Clean Energy (“C-PACE”).
Co-GP Investments: We partner alongside seasoned sponsors/developers, investing in the general partnership. This enables our clients to grow and expand.
Opportunistic and Special Situations: We are actively seeking opportunities to provide specific capital solutions to our clients in preferred equity or rescue capital.
C-PACE: With other partners we are selectively reviewing investments in the C-PACE area to provide capital to our clients in a growing area of sustainable finance.
